Positive: Wonderful views 360 degrees around the sea and the city. Location in the heart of Portoferraio, 5 mins walking to the city center and 7 mins walking to the beautiful little pebble beach.

Negative: The wonderful apartment, but unfortunately, very badly maintained. Everything is very old, the furniture half broken, mattresses on the beds super old, 30 years old minimum. No parking near the building, so you have to walk thought the city and the stairs with the suitcases.

Summary: Beautiful views of the sea.
