This property is on a corner lot with a large front yard and covered porch with string lights for entertaining outside and a patio table that sits 4. Two brand new smart TV's, New carpet and new beds (king, queen and a trundle twin xl mattress underneath the queen bed! New toilet in guest bathroom. Kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, electric oven/stove and fridge, dishwasher and coffee maker and comes with plates, silverware, glasses, wine glasses and kids cups, plates and silverware. We supply a pack 'n play if needed. Must have a 4WD or AWD vehicle in Winter months! RV parking in summer months available please let us know if you need it. Wi-fi, cards, puzzles and board games and cornhole are available. New grill in back (propane not provided). Fans in every room. No A/C. Non smoking property both inside and outside. Not far from Flagstaff, Sedona and Williams! Travel to Flagstaff for great food and plenty of things to do. In the summer rent an ATV or paddle board on the lake or play a round of golf. Munds park is close to Bearizona in Williams and only a 45 min drive from the new Canyon Coasters Adventure in Williams, Grand Canyon (2hrs away) Sedona (45min), Snowbowl (45min)
