Our apartment is located in an excellent position in terms of comfort and beauty. We are exactly halfway between the port of Marina Grande and the famous Piazzetta located in the historic center. These 2 places are both less than a 10 minute walk !
The large garden, filled with lemon trees, apricots, Chinese mandarin and wonderful flowers, overlooks the Gulf of Naples and the Sorrento Peninsula, offering a breathtaking view over the Marina Grande harbor and the village. The fresh, starry summer nights can become unique if you organize a candlelight dinner enjoying the spectacle of the sea and the Italian coast in front of you!
The house consists of two comfortable double bedrooms, two large bathrooms with large showers, a living room with air conditioning with garden view and a large and comfortable equipped kitchen .
Between the tastefully furnished garden (sun loungers , tables and chairs) and the apartment you will find a small porch where you can spend your free time relaxing with a good book.
You also have the possibility to book a comfortable boat with sailor, who will accompany you to discover the most amazing places Capri coast. Just ask!
HOUSE RULES:
1. The tourist will have to pay the final cleaning fee (100euro) and city tax in cash at the arrival, if not already paid on line.
2. Check-in 15h-20h30. Late check in fee is 40 euros until 22.30h and 60 euros until 01h.
3. Check-out before 11h.
4. It is forbidden to stay in more than 4 people.
5. We do not accept bookings for people under 35 years old.
6. An amount of 50 € is deducted from the security deposit if the waste disposal rules are not respected.
7. Parties and noises at night are forbidden.
8. A security deposit of 150 euros is requested in cash at the arrival if not already paid on line.
9. Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (ex: with soiled carpet, moldy dishes, excessive trash, etc.). Cleaning fees are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations (ex: laundry, vacuuming, etc.).

The bag must be left outside the gate in the evening.

Capri island is located between the Gulf of Naples and the Gulf of Salerno, just in front of the Sorrento Peninsula. Its sharp rocks give a rough outline to the Island, but along the roads leading to Anacapri and Tiberio, the terrain softens gradually. Starting your journey from the sea, you will discover a rich vegetation and a huge variety of flower and fruit parfumes.
The architecture of Capri is environmentally friendly, its white houses climbing up the coast are small and almost all with large open arches looking towards the horizon . From the sea, the view is similar to that of a crib decorated with palm trees and maritime pines.

To reach Capri it is necessary arrive in Naples by car, train or plane. Once in Naples, you have the following options:
From Naples Capodichino airport:
take the bus to the Molo Beverello. Journey time 40 minutes. Alternatively, take a taxi to the Molo Beverello. Journey time 20 minutes.
From Naples Central Station:
take a taxi to the Molo Beverello. Journey time 10 minutes, rate of 10.50 €.
From the Molo Beverello:
fast ferries and hydrofoils to Capri. Caremar and SNAV companies. Journey time 50 minutes.
From the Molo di Massa (connected to Molo Beverello with a free shuttle):
car ferries Caremar. Journey time 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Once in Capri , you can reach our apartment on foot directly from the port of Marina Grande , along the Phoenician staircase and following the alley Marucella. Alternatively, from the port of Marina Grande , you can take the bus that will take you to the entrance of the alley Marucella.Otherwise, you can take a taxi and stop the entrance of the alley Marucella.
