Positive: - We loved the location and really appreciate it. There are a lot of dining options across all budgets nearby, and it's near the daily market at Porta Palazzo where we were able to look around a bit. There is also a flea market right in front of the building on Saturday. - The room generally meets our expectations. The bed was very comfy and we had no problems sleeping. There was sufficient space to keep our things, and we appreciate the terrace which has a very lovely view of Torino including the Mole. We had the opportunity to have breakfast on the terrace one morning which was a really wonderful thing to do. - Personally, I am a fan of nice bathrooms everywhere I travel, and this is no exception. It was nice to have the private bathroom. It was external but a short walk and we didn't share. Wonderful rain shower, and had all the facilities such as soap, shampoo, hair dryer, towels and much more. It's super clean and well taken care of. - Giancarlo is a good host. He communicated all information very early (within hours of booking) and remained available when we arrived. He made it possible for us to check-in early and was very kind. He also accommodated our need to leave the luggage in the apartment after check-out as we had an evening train.

Negative: - The position of the bed is diagonal and if you're on the other side, it's a bit difficult to get in and get out. One gets used to it, of course. It's simply logistics. - Had a few dust here and there stuck on my socks, but I would say its more of a thing to improve than a complaint. I'm dust-sensitive but I wasn't sneezing a lot anyway so it's not a problem. Just something to take note of.
