This air-conditioned apartment is a delightful blend of modern comfort with comfortable furnishings but above all with an exceptional location. Located between a stone's throw from the Promenade des Anglais and the famous Cours Saleya, very central, with proximity to the market and restaurants of the Old Town or a stroll on the Promenade des Anglais, the pretty shops and the numerous cultural sites around this apartment. In addition, the apartment is 50 meters from the “Hôtel de Ville/Vieille Ville” tram stop.
Located on the 5th floor (no elevator) of a quiet building, this apartment can very comfortably accommodate four people.
You will have a side perspective on the sea, and on the Nice Town Hall, with the pastel colors of the facades and bell towers as a backdrop.
The apartment is in the Old Town district, the historic heart of Nice.
Just a few minutes from the apartment you can enjoy all the restaurants, shops and markets that the old town has. Take the time to take a walk to the newly redesigned Place Garibaldi for a lunch in the sun or a stroll to the Port for an aperitif! The promenade, the beach and Place Masséna are all a 5-minute walk away. The tram stop will take you to the station in less than ten minutes.
The large living room with its two double windows is furnished with a 4-seater leather sofa as a chaise longue; a tempting invitation to share a discussion or quietly read a book purchased in the many nearby bookstores. A large table will accommodate its four guests.
The flat-screen television, its Wi-Fi connection, its coffee tables and its window complete its equipment perfectly.
The open kitchen in modern style has been intelligently designed and is well equipped. The cupboards contain everything you will need, glasses, dishes etc. including a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and four hotplates.
In the large entrance to the apartment, you will find the two tastefully decorated bedrooms.
The first of these bedrooms has a “Queen-size” bed with bedside tables and reading lamps on each side.
The second bedroom has a “Queen-size” bed. There are two bedside tables with reading lamps on either side and a double wall cabinet with a large mirror for admiring yourself.
The bathroom has been completely renovated. Painted white, it has a large shower, a towel radiator as well as a piece of furniture for storing your belongings, topped with a large mirror.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival
I chose to arrive by air
When you arrive at the airport, you have a wide choice of transport to get to your apartment:
The tram – The cheapest: Line 2 will leave in front of terminals 1 & 2, serving the entire city on the Seaside, from the airport to the Port of Nice, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine Et Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Or or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district.
A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.
A connection with line 3 is at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.
Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you off directly at your apartment. There is no fixed package. The driver must activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the rate displayed on arrival + the baggage rate. Find out carefully and tell the driver; he cannot refuse it to you. Normally the cost is payable by credit card.
Don't forget to have the full address ready to give to the driver.
