The property has a private and gated yard with street access with a big local artist painted mural on the front (to identify the address from the street). Have 2 bikes to use at the property, a hammock and outdoor furniture in the private and gated yard (with electronic code entry), and stand up paddle boards on request. Tons of board games, Nintendo 64 and Classic Nintendo with 700 games. Casa lotus includes super fast wifi, Hulu and Netflix, tons of coffee, and blackout privacy shades throughout the home.
