Summary: Difficult to check in. Details not shared in advance. Incurred roaming charges to call remote reception. Room not properly cleaned. Dust in places. Bathroom was simply rinced after previous guest, but needs a proper scrubbing as there’s grey residue on bathroom walls. Also had to wash cutlery before use as wasn’t clean. Gym is dusty, so didn’t feel like using it.
