Each bedroom provides a serene retreat with plush bedding. The master
suite boasts a king-size bed, the second bedroom features a king bed, and
the third offers a cozy queen bed. The 4th bedroom has full over full bunk
beds — ensuring comfort for everyone in your group.
Unwind on the private oceanfront wrap around deck, complete with a BBQ
grill and fire pit, ideal for outdoor dining and evening gatherings by the sea.
The home also includes beach towels, linens, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a
washer/dryer for your convenience. A shared garage adds extra ease for
parking.
AC: This home is equipped with a modern mini split air conditioning
system, offering individualized climate control for each room. It’s quieter
and more energy-efficient than traditional units, allowing for precise
temperature regulation without sacrificing comfort.

Summary: The location and condition of the property is excellent. However, the elevator was not working from time to time during our stay, which made it very difficult for the handicapped in our group to get up and down the stairs. One of the beds is a bunk bed, which is accessible only by climbing up the outer frame of the bed to the top bunk, making it virtually inaccessible to the people in our age group. Also, we were assured our location was all on one level, but in fact, there were two steps up to one of the rooms into more steps up to another room. But two of the rooms had no steps for their access accessibility. The management company was also on moving in there early check-in policy. I have never had a VRBO property that didn’t allow check in a couple hours early without charge if the property was ready. Consequently, we had to sit in our car in the garage until the appointed hour. The management company was very prompt and response to all our inquiries, however, and we can only give them five stars for their communication.
