Positive: Location - very close to the seaside in Siderno - only 5 minutes walking - and view from the balcony.

Negative: The landlady came to give us the keys. Once indoors, we realised there was only air conditioning in the living room, but not in the bedrooms. We asked why the property was advertised as with "air conditioning" and she said that "Booking" allowed them to do so, with only one air conditioning unit, therefore it was all right. We still thought it was misleading, and considering the heat at the time over 30 degrees we were not happy with it. She offered to have the booking cancelled, or as no show -but as the booking was prepaid that was not possible. After a long conversation, she agreed to provide and extra fan, there was already one fan in the apartment. Later her husband came and provided the second fan as agreed. Also single beds not very comfortable.
