Spacious 3-bedroom apartment with balcony overlooking the Dolomites, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people inside. The apartment was mostly renovated in 2022 and presents a harmonious symbiosis of rustic and modern. The apartment consists of 3 double bedrooms, a comfortable living room, a separate kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower, bidet and washing machine and a balcony with view on the Dolomites. The separate kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant holiday in Val Gardena, such as cooking plate, fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, dining table, cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils. Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge.Important information: According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of:- Adults (from 14 years): 6- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departurePlease note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. For this reason, no exceptions will be possible under any circumstances.The Stua da Carlo offers a wide apartment, just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Ortisei. Mostly renovated in 2022, this spacious apartment stands out for its harmonious symbiosis of modern and rustic. In winter the location is ideal, as the ski bus (in addition to the regular buses) stops directly in front of the house and takes you free of charge (using the free tickets provided at check-in) to the Dolomiti Superski lifts, such as the Seceda and Rasciesa cable cars (both approx. 700m). Buses run at a variable frequency of one every 10-20 minutes. The Alpe di Siusi cable car is approx. 500 m away. In summer the proximity of the bus stop and the centre (5 minutes' walk - approx. 300 metres), with the Luis Trenker Promenade and the ski lifts, is particularly advantageous. Bar Stua da Carlo is located in the same building and is the ideal solution if you want to have breakfast out of town, as it is open from 6 am. House guests get a 10% discount on breakfast, consuming a minimum amount of 30€. You will find a grocery shop right next to the house. A greengrocer's and a pizzeria are 20 metres from the house, the baker's shop is 100 metres away and you will find everything else in the centre of Ortisei. You will also have access to the shared garden of the house. The Stua da Carlo also offers outdoor parking (max. 3 cars, of which 2 covered and 1 open), Wi-Fi, bike and ski storage, washing machine and free linen and towels. Summary: A beautiful, well equipped apartment just a short walk to the pedestrian centre and, a bit further, several gondolas/chairlifts. Right beside the local bus stop with free travel for tourists to the valley. The building is a family home and business, with one vrbo apartment. The ground floor is a cafe/pub. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
