Dishes, pots, glasses and all crockery must have been carefully washed and placed in the appropriate cupboards and drawers. The dishwasher must be left empty. The refrigerator must be emptied of food, particularly perishable food. It is the guest's responsibility to dispose of any rubbish. Any objects or furniture moved must be returned to their original place at check-in. If additional blankets or duvets left in the wardrobes are used, they must be folded up and returned to their original place at the time of departure.
At the time of departure, the thermostat must be left on 10 degrees in winter, and the air conditioning must be left off in summer. Should the guest fail to comply with the above-mentioned conditions, he/she will be charged a penalty fee.
In the event that the guest is responsible during the night (after 11pm), for disturbing other tenants in the building, or behaves in a manner contrary to normal civilised rules, or in the event of non-compliance with the condominium rules, the property shall have the right to immediately remove the guest from the flat without the right to any refund.
