Positive: The location was very good, with a beautiful view on the countryside. There is a small railway nearby but you can't hear anything from the apartment. Very quiet.

Negative: The booking process was not straightforward. When i initially booked the apartment, I asked whether my 11-year-old son could join us on the last night of our stay (the apartment was advertised for two people but was equipped with a double bed + a sofa bed). I did not receive any answer re adding my son to the booking but i did receive the bill (non refundable) from an intermediary company called Belvila by OYO two days after my booking request. I therefore assumed my request had been granted. Two or three days after I had paid, I received an email from Belvila indicating my son could not be added to the booking. I called Belvila who said to call Booking.com. Booking.com said they could not add my son to the booking but would contact the owner. Having received no answer from Booking, I called the owner myself, the day before we were due to check in, who told us she had not been called by Belvila nor by Booking.com. In the end, my son could stay with us for our last night but something that should have been straightforward ended up taking a lot of time and energy. Two comments about the apartment: it was quite chilly when we got there. Heating is only part of the price in the winter. You have to pay extra if you want heating outside of the winter period. Pets are allowed, which is a great thing, but the daily supplement (20 EUR) is quite costly.
