Positive: Great location- premium unit looks onto a small watering hole where smaller wildlife animals frequent. Birdlife is amazing. Amazing spot for access into Addo park. Perfect to recharge batteries

Negative: Fridge took forever to cool down items / roll down blind strings keep coming off the rail(makes it difficult to close and open them). Door hinges are very stiff - almost impossible to unclip once clipped.

Summary: Perfect to recharge - loved the privacy
