Positive: The apartment was absolutely beautiful, it had all the amenities with modern equipment and big rooms , lovely sitting room, everything new and big enough for me and my 4 kids. Loved it . And the best part was the owner, Vicenzo. He was such a wonderful host. This was our first time in Lanciano and unknown to us, taxis do not function in Lanciano. It was just a day's trip so we didn't hire a car. Vicenzo came to get us from our location as we tried to make our way to the apartment unknown to us that we were still a very long way away. He also offered to take us to the city centre and also to take us to catch our bus the very next day at 2am back to Rome. He was our guardian angel. God bless you Vicenzo. Such a generous soul.

Negative: Everything was more than perfect. Nothing g to.complain about. If it was possible to give 20 points I would.
