Penia di Canazei, a picturesque hamlet in the Val di Fassa, is located at the foot of the majestic Gran Vernel mountain. This historic town offers access to spectacular hiking and biking trails, with the Marmolada and Sellaronda ski area just a few kilometers away. During the summer, it is ideal for hiking and biking, while in the winter it is perfect for winter sports. Penia is also known for its Ladin culture and local traditions, which enrich the visitor experience.
Gran Vernel Hause is an enchanting corner located a few kilometers from Canazei, immersed in a peaceful and natural setting. The house is located in a quiet condominium, overlooking a large meadow where, during the summer, you can see cows grazing, while in the winter it is covered in a suggestive white blanket. The name of the house is inspired by the majestic Gran Vernel mountain, visible from all the windows of the house.
• The apartment is on two levels, on the upper floor it offers a renovated double bedroom covered in wood, which gives a touch of elegance and warmth, a bedroom with bunk beds, equipped with a ceiling window (velux), and a complete bathroom with shower.
• On the lower floor there is the living area with sofa bed (possibility of an additional extra bed), kitchenette with central island (which serves as a dining table) and second bathroom.
Among the services of the apartment we find a dishwasher, washing machine and Wi-Fi, ensuring a practical and comfortable stay. A balcony offers an outdoor space to relax, and a parking space in the garage completes the offer.
Located in the award-winning village of Penia di Canazei, at the foot of the Gran Vernel, the apartment is just a 5-minute drive from Canazei and is well connected via a cycle/pedestrian path that runs through the entire Val di Fassa, active in both winter and summer. In a few kilometers you can reach the Marmolada, while the Alba di Canazei cable car is easily reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The bus stop is right under the house.
