Positive: The location is nice. Pool is great for kids and the resort is very family friendly. The tv is a smart tv and the wifi works. Activities for children. Spa massages are awesome Restaurant makes good coffee and milkshakes. (Not halaal) Sand pit/ vollyball Braai facilities Helpful staff

Negative: We went out and then when we got back, the door wasn’t opening despite us having a card. We had to wait outside the room with our kids until reception sent someone..Turns out the batteries were dead and had to be replaced. The shower doesn’t work in the bathroom, we had to use the hand held shower and it was awkward. Drainage in the shower is also slow.. plumbers should take a look at the shower. Just to make everyone aware, coz i overlooked this when i was booking.. there is a R2000 breakage deposit payable before you check in.. it is refundable. Im pretty sure the main bed has a missing leg. The walk to the unit is long and far in. There is a short cut but that has lotsa stairs.
