Ski in - Ski out Luxury chalet in solid construction with open fireplace, Finnish sauna, double infrared cabin, outdoor whirlpool (free of charge; heated all year round) and free WLAN. The chalet is located in the heart of the magnificent Kronplatz ski area (2275 m), just 20 metres from the 'Alpen' ski slope. As part of Dolomiti Superski, you can also explore the world-famous Sella Ronda.
During the construction of the holiday home, particular emphasis was placed on ecological, sustainable construction. Only natural and high-quality materials were used.
Relax by the fireplace in the light-flooded living and dining area with exposed roof chair or in the wellness area with relaxation room. Bathrobes are provided free of charge. There is a wine cabinet (for a fee, price list available on site).
From the well-equipped kitchen in the living room there is direct access to the panoramic terrace, where a gas barbecue is at your disposal. Right next door is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and WC.
Above the living room is the mezzanine with 2 single beds, which can be converted into a double bed (access via stairs).
On the ground floor there are 3 further bedrooms with bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, and the spacious wellness area with Finnish sauna, infrared cabin for 2 and relaxation room.
You can park in the private car park right next to the house. The chalet is easily accessible via a tarmac road in summer and winter (winter equipment) and is located in the middle of nature surrounded by meadows and forests. There is a restaurant serving South Tyrolean specialities nearby (lunchtime only) and a small hotel about 100 m away, where you can also have breakfast and dinner (on request). Valdaora is around 7 km away; there are various restaurants, shops, a delicatessen and a great butcher's shop. There are also après-ski bars, a bank, post office, ski hire, ski school and a small outdoor ice rink. The centre of the Puster Valley, the small town of Bruneck, is approx. 15 km away.

The K-Lodge is located in the centre of the Kronplatz ski area. This skiing paradise offers slopes for every taste, from gentle ski meadows to marvellous long panoramic runs and challenging forest descents. The villages of Olang, Reischach/Bruneck, Percha, San Vigilio and Piculin are connected to the perfect lift and piste network of Kronplatz. Kronplatz is part of the Dolomiti Superski network with a total of 1,200 kilometres of pistes. The fascinating area of Alta Badia - Sella Ronda, the famous ski carousel over four Dolomite passes around the Sella massif, can be reached by ski bus between Piculin (Kronplatz area) and Sompunt (Alta Badia). In Olang ~4 km of cross-country ski trails, further possibilities in Antholz.
Summer info
Deckchairs and outdoor barbecue available. Also in spring, summer and autumn the region around the Kronzplatz is a very attractive holiday region in the middle of the Dolomites. The lodge is an ideal starting point for panoramic hikes and mountain bike tours. The Messner Mountain Museum in Bruneck or on the Kronplatz summit are also worth a visit, as are excursions to the Gadertal, Fassa Valley or Cortina d'Ampezzo. Valdaora/Olang and Brunico/Bruneck also offer a rich selection of walking trails in tranquil meadow landscapes, animal parks and small mountain lakes, centuries-old culture and traditions, as well as excellent gastronomy. Here, Tyrolean and Italian influences combine to create a constantly surprising variety.
