A beautiful room is available in a cozy, newly painted, and refurbished high-end detached house. The house is located right next to the ocean and a biking/walking trail. It is only a 7-minute walk from the University of Iceland and approximately 15 minutes from the town center. The room is situated on the ground floor, and there are 3 other housemates on the same floor. The room features hardwood flooring, a security system, smoke detectors, and a brand new super comfy bed, and open cabinet with hangers for clothes. Underfloor heating. All housemates are on the same floor and use a separate entrance from the family living in the other part of the house. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room. Please note that there is no common living room. If you are interested in renting the room, please send your CV and further information about yourself, as well as how long you are planning to stay.
