Numerous well-marked hiking trails and a cross-country ski trail lead directly from the residence into the hiking paradise of Fanes-Senes-Braies Nature Park (bus stop 100 m away). In winter, the Dolomiti Superski and Kronplatz ski areas offer a variety of options for winter sports enthusiasts.
Parking is available on the property (private, covered space on request). Bringing pets is not allowed. A communal washing machine can be used for a fee. A baby cot is available for an additional fee. A free ski bus to Kronplatz (5 min.) is available. There is no air conditioning.
